"Fine from for a good price. Not as clean as it should've been and no tub stopper, but it did the trick."

"Pleasant and helpful staff. Great value for your money. It's not the most updated rooms like some places, but it doesn't look dated either. I just wish they had USB charging ports beside bed and in lamp based like some places."

"Edit: after the managers got the owner involved, since they were all of his policies, we’ve come to a tentative agreement. The staff definitely tried to make up for this experience, though the owner is still acting like he’s doing me a favor. We will see how it turns out. I have another 1-2 months until I can go back home to CO for this contract so hopefully the rest of the stay will be uneventful and pleasant. Absolutely the worst place and full of illegal activity. The ONLY good thing I will say about this place is Kenny. I lost my legs almost two years ago on deployment and am wheelchair bound. For several weeks, other guests parked their bikes on the only ramp and the clerk on duty would begrudgingly help me and tell me I should use the back entrance where the slope is so steep my wheelchair tipped over even though I have anti-tip. One time I could not get back in my room because of said bikes on the ramp and the clerk said he’d help but I got tired of waiting for over 15 min so started moving them myself, ended up breaking my finger. And now, I let them know this morning that I got approved for a service dog, and the manager said absolutely no way, so now getting kicked out because I will not give up my service dog. And now my wheelchair anti-tip is broken. I tried to take it all in stride for fear of being labeled a “Karen” but the expectation of losing my service dog or getting kicked out was the last straw for me. I will be filing ADA violations with the parent company, seeking compensation for my customized wheelchair and contacting my lawyer. Robbeezy - you have a case too and I urge you to contact me, I can help put you in contact with my lawyer. Other reviewers are not lying about the bugs either. I am a pacifist and have been scooping up the bugs and putting them out the window. I’m surprised the other review I read said they were charged $1200 for a service dog, as I’m getting kicked out IF I get mine. Robbeezy - if you read this, this hotel was in ADA violation by making you show your service dog’s registration, every owner retains the right to train their own service dog and it is ILLEGAL to require showing them the registration. And it’s certainly ILLEGAL to charge pet fees for service dogs. Edit to add: I got a reply from the owner/manager and now he’s gaslighting me saying there are NO bugs on the property and the ramp hasn’t been blocked for five weeks and no accessibility rooms allows pets. What kind of hotel didn’t think someone who needs an accessibility room would need a service animal? It’s clear he does not know ADA law. Attaching pics to this review, hopefully they show up. Meta data and geolocation will prove his gaslighting attempts are just that. And best of all, he was WILLING to refund the rest of my stay if I checked out. As if it’s some kind of favor to give me my money back for nights I will be unable to stay due to the fact that I’m choosing my once-in-a-lifetime service animal over this hotel. And Wyndham is trying to distance themselves already by saying “this Super 8 is independently owned and operated, but here’s the manager’s info” - no. This hotel carries YOUR name and quite frankly I’m sick of the discrimination and want some retribution and justice. I will not stop until I’m compensated for each and every one of my complaints now. I would have let everything else slide but this was the last straw and will not stop until I’m compensated for injury to myself and my wheelchair AND this Super 8 gets stripped of Wyndham’s name. I WILL die on this hill."

"I checked into this room, Sunday night. I went out for some dinner, and came back took a little nap. And saw a cockroach climbing on the wall. I caught it took it downstairs to the front desk. I was told "it isn't a bed bug". They then offered me a refund. I left. As I was leaving they said I wasn't the only complaint they had about cockroaches, on the other side of the hotel they were getting complaints, they mentioned the owners are letting this place go and are not caring. They also mentioned that they bring up concerns about the hotel and they just brush it off. Now I have friends who are staying here. There's a sign that says "if you don't like your room within 15 minutes you get your money back". They have bed bugs I heard, ants, and cockroaches. If your staying here I advise you to move hotels. Or don't stay here at all. They are dirty. L8"

"Despite booking over a month prior, they called after 4 pm on day of check in to change from Smoking King to Double Queen Non Smoking, no rate adjustment. This was unacceptable, spoke to three customer service reps at corporate due to nasty front desk manager. None could help. Ended up booking elsewhere at more expense, but got a king bed"
