The UPS Store

"Today, I went to UPS in Chester, Md. and was treated so rudely by 2 employees as I was attempting to return an Amazon order. I had the bar code as instructed by Amazon and they insisted I had to wrap it and put the label on the package. That was not what Amazon instructed. They wanted me to go to the Stevensville Library to print a label. They said their printer was broken. They both were extremely rude and bothered. Later my husband took the package back and they were still bothered and discourteous. I have never had this experience in a UPS store before. The owner should be aware of this."

"Roads are clear no issues in driving anywhere yet the store is closed due to weather. Drove all the way over here to mail packages and have to go back home."

"Customer service today at the store by the manager was awful. Manager was angry and said I was un courteous because i walked up to the counter after the person in front of me had left."

"Showed up to this UPS store during business hours to a " back n 15 " sign taped to the door and waited with another bunch of people for over 15 minutes. Went to the back of the store to find the UPS employee scrolling through her phone having a smoke. I told her that there were a bunch of people waiting at the front who had been waiting for ages, and that it was business hours, and she started shouting not to disturb her break, and then she told me that she didn't give a $%$#@$ about the job and that she quit, and then she said that she wouldn't serve me, and then she made all the customers wait while she called 911. The 911 operator asked this woman if she was in danger, and the UPS employee said yes, but when the operator told her to lock the store and seek safety, the UPS employee said that she couldn't leave because she couldn't close the store. Kind of funny, considering that she felt she could close the store and leave for an extended cigarette break, but she couldn't leave when she felt her life was in danger. She ended up serving my wife, and we left, but we won't be back. We'll find another store that respects its business hours and customers. We were in there a lot. What a way to conduct business."

"I purchase a lot of things on Amazon, so consequently, I also return a lot of things. I am in this U0PS store at least twice a week and always get excellent customer service. The Manager, Dana, is always on top of everything, no matter how crazy or busy it is. She is very calm and cool and keeps things running smoothly. Even when the line is out the door, things move pretty quickly! I highly recommend this UPS location!!!"
