"Called to order around 10 pm they took our order like normal but almost 2 hours later there was nothing we tried calling again to ask me they never answered I would go in or pick up food if you get anything lucky we wear paying in cash so no money was lost."

"Got a pizza to go on 4th of July....while it was good it wasn't 5 star worthy. I will give them credit though, while all the other local pizza places in Chester were closed the evening of the 4th, Papa John's was open. We ordered at the Papa John's store and they were busy, but we only had to wait approx 20 minutes. While the staff were friendly, they did seem to be overwhelmed."
