"This the worst and most dirty McDonald's in Frederick MD. When I say dirty I mean it! Every table had stains and food waste, the whole floor was dirty and trash everywhere. Will not come back and don't recommend anybody with kids to come inside and eat."
"Fast service here. I used the drive thru and at first thought I'd made a mistake because of the backup. But i must say i was pleased that they moved things along efficiently and quickly...faster than most other McDonald's I've visited elsewhere."
"I went at the morning of Thanksgiving. McDonald's was the only store open in that area on that day. So, it makes sense that they were busy both on the drive-thru & in store. But to my surprise, they were able to keep up with the orders and flow of customers on both fronts as far as I saw from inside the store. The only thing that kinda felt awkward was when I ordered few morning breakfast sandwiches, the server guy was just staring at me in a peculiar manner. I was gonna take them out to be eaten by few people - that shouldn't be any concern from the workers there, I hope."
"I have had the worst customer service experience in my life just now. I pulled at window to pay no one was there so waited few minutes then went to next window to be told I needed to back up and pat at first window in the worst language Never will go here again Such disrespectfulness"
"When I come here there is this "African" lady ( you will know who she is once you are there) she runs me out of the store saying you eat too slow and tells the other employees, if he acts up you can call the police and that's trespassing. All I do is order food and roll out. No napkins and no sauce and no hospitality. Other than this one employee, the sauce dispensers are for decoration since they are empty. African employees act like giving sauce away is a hassle. If they were available free of asking then I wouldn't even need to interact with any employees and order from the kiosk. When will you replace people with robots? Have you made enough money to do that McDonald's?"
