"Teelin has been very welcoming to both of my daughters. We really had no idea what we were doing, just that my oldest saw Irish dancing on TV and said "I want to do THAT". The school has been amazing for my oldest and she now wants to compete and yet they were no less amazing with my little one who just want to be like her big sister but has no real coordination. The flexibility to accommodate both kids has been wonderful. There is no favoritism based on competing or not and the families of the other dancers have welcomed us right in."

There is also an absolutely amazing culture among the families. Everyone is SO supportive and encouraging...I mean EVERYONE. We make the trip from Annapolis to Columbia several times a week and it is totally worth it. Our older daughter was in another local school before discovering Teelin, and the experience was starkly the opposite in every way. I can't image any anyone would go anywhere other than Teelin School of Irish Dance!!!!"

"Our family is fueled by Irish Dancing at Teelin! We absolutely LOVE the teachers, especially Maureen, Meg, Meghan and Riley. . .but they are all amazing! I have seen much growth in both my dancers. Yes, their skills have improved over time but so have their attitudes and champion mentality. We have made friendships that will stand the test of time and we are thoroughly enjoying the Irish Culture - - it is both the dance and the music.
