Chipotle Mexican Grill

"I have not always had the best experience over the years at this specific chipotle, but tonight was very different. I ordered online my order was incorrect. I called the store and asked if I could have my order made. I spoke to McKenna who was like yeah sure come in and will remake your order, when I got to the store, they were super busy in my opinion and you know just trying to catch up from the rush. They remade my bowl. They were very kind to me and not only did they remake my bowl remake my bowl. They also waited until the fajitas were completely done in order to give me my order. They are very kind to me. They weren’t rude. They were super professional and it really made a difference for me today. I’ve been having an extremely bad week and this was the highlight of my week, so thank you very much for being so kind ."

"This place has the worst I mean the worst customer service in the world, the mannerism and the fact that these people lie and say that they are not cooking any more ingredients in it can be in the dead of the day, or at least by 5 o’clock when I get off of work these people are so rude. There is no way on this earth that you should be that mad serving a burrito if so, why work there you guys need to reevaluate the staff because the type of people are there are truly despicable. The only nice person that works. There is the Latina lady she’s short she’s heaven sent."

"This location seems largely unsupervised. Young adult clerks, listless and bored. Working for poverty wages. Serving all the weirdly entitled customers. There's something kind of off-putting and gross about the prep table. Slopped over, always a mess. Ah yes, drag those damp cleaning rags near and over the open food pans. Food pan almost empty? Flip it? Nah, bro, here's a fist full of mushy dumpster lettuce and 3.4 ounces of dried out chicken."

"Is anyone from Chipotle Corporate monitoring these reviews? I ordered on line for an 8:30 pickup. I arrived at 8:30 and they had not started my order. I watched as people who walked in were helped before making my order. As they started my order I was told they were out of white rice. This location is always out of something.When I received my order they bagged it in front of me without the chips and queso I ordered. I asked them about the missing items and was then told they were out of queso. They wholly intended when they bagged the order not to tell me it was missing items!? When I asked how I could receive a refund I was rudely told contact the app, then “I don’t know what you want me to tell you”. How about let me process a refund? When I got home to contact Chipotle through the app, I found that the receipt taped to the bag did not contain the order #. Not sure if that was on purpose but I now have no way to easily get a refund. Chipotle, please read the reviews of this location! They were properly staffed to provide better service but no one seems to care at this location. Tons of poor reviews!"

"The attitudes of these employees are terrible! The service is terrible and it is dirty as well. As I walked in, the worker at the starting line rolled her eyes at me for no reason. I don’t know these people so I don’t know why she would do that. Then when I asked for double steak she filled the spoon halfway for both scoops giving me a single portion but for the patron behind me she gave her a full scoop. So, I asked the next worker to add a little bit more because that obviously wasn’t a double portion (I used to work at chipotle as a teenager so I know what it is suppose to look like). Anyway, after I asked for more the employees look at me as if I cursed at them! This whole experience was appalling. Why was I met with such animosity just for getting some food? It was 6pm so they were no where near closing the store. I just do not get it. I’m obviously never coming back here. Also, the floors are dirty and slippery so only the lord knows how clean the kitchen is!"
