"Sometimes good sometimes just okay. This place REALLY NEED some help. The lady working had very little help and began to get flushed. I think this place would do really well if they just had more help. The verity pizza box was good."

"This is the last two times I paid extra for pan pizza and they just say their dough doesn’t proof sometimes - then why are they selling it? When will they fix it? Do I get another pizza made right? Or a refund? Ever since I was a kid doing Book It, pan pizza from Pizza Hut has been my favorite pizza. Don’t go here - even the parking lot is bad."

"We just received our pizzas in this condition some of the slices cannot be pulled apart without taking toppings off of the rest of the pizza. We attempted to call to rectify the situation but we were unable to get into contact with anyone since they are not answering the phone at this location. This is honestly one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever received from Pizza Hut it’s was very disappointing since this was for a party. It would have been nice to be able to have the pizza replaced with a new one, but due to the lack of response we’re going to have to figure something else out. I would not recommend ordering from this location."

"I ordered my pizza online line at 8:13 pm it said my time for delivery would be 30-45 mins at 9:45 I still had no pizza the update on the app still said they were making it. l called several times No answer, So I drove up there and when I got there they weren't busy inside but a lady walking out was say to make sure the older gentleman in the back making the food changed his gloves because he apparently had on some dirty ones. When I walked in it took a few minutes for someone to acknowledge me once he did he said that my food was ready and that they only had one driver do all there deliveries and door dash deliveries. So I asked if that's why they also weren't answering the phone of course he said he couldn't answer that. Wasn't offered a free drink or anything just said he would remove the delivery fee."

"They sent me the completely wrong order! I ordered two deep dish medium pizza with extra cheese and pepperoni and they sent two regular cheese pizzas with no pepperoni! I’ve been trying to call them and no one answers!!! I don’t have money to just throw away on food I didn’t order! This is ridiculous!!!! I will never order form here. I’m going to try and reach headquarters because this is just plain bs. I’m still on the line and no one is answering!"
