"The front office lady Jackie has been extremely rude almost every time we have to talk to her. I’d suggest talking and communicating to anyone else in there besides her. She just argues with you and will get very loud and will cut you off while speaking. Been living here 3 years and can’t wait to leave. There behavior and how they treat there tenants is going down hill. AVOID LIVING HERE."

"Enclave at Box Hill was my home for 18 months. I LOVED it. I lived in a one bedroom, with den and loft. Maintenance was ALWAYS on top of their requests. The amenities-walking trail, pool, gym were the best! I believe most of their units have a big laundry room which comes in handy for storage space! Location was the best! My only 2 cons, some of the office people weren’t the friendliest or most helpful (they might not be there anymore). Some residents don’t do the best job picking up after their animals. Don’t live here if you don’t like dogs. Valet trash is so convenient (does get smelly at times). Management could do a better job at adding some more cameras in the mail room as well as monitoring trash valet rules (some people would leave their trash out)."

"Barbara was INCREDIBLE! I can’t say enough about her and the enclave team. They treat you with respect and answer all questions thoroughly. The property is gorgeous and full of great amenities. As we toured the property, current residents shared their positive feedback on how great the community and the residents are. 10/10!"
