"I came here a few years ago and it still shakes me that my former therapist is still employed here. I have had to fight a new level of trauma to get to where I am now because of his complete disregard for what I needed. He allowed safety issues to be overlooked, contacted people I had specifically told him not to (I was an adult and had not signed consents for him to disclose anything to them, he had other contacts to communicate with if needed), and failed in his duty to care for me as his patient and help keep me safe, even if it meant having difficult conversations.
