"Worst customer service. My sister and I went to print some pictures and we asked for the cable to print them , the young lady was rude the whole time she doesn’t seems she likes to help their customers. Then it said to come back in 30 min. The young lady that “helped” us knew it wasn’t working and she didn’t tell us anything. We got there to pick up the pictures , and then they guy at the register said oh put the printers are out of service , and the young lady that gave us the cable didn’t said anything at all. If I could give 0 stars I would, they don’t have customer service neither help their customers.."
"Pointless to schedule an appointment for a covid test here. You will still have to wait an hour or more. It inexplicably takes them 20 minutes of entering information into the computer before your test. There is zero contact with anyone for a test though so it seems safe at least."
