"I've been going to Dr Mardiney for a few years now. I've have had no issues with getting appointments etc. The staff is helpful and friendly. I'm in and out for my weekly shots in 15 minutes."
"Yes, I do agree that some of their staff are not always happy, but I just smile at them anyway, EVEN if I am having a bad day. Through the testing it, was found that I have another medical issue that I would have not known that I had though my annual blood work. Susan is a wonderful asset to the company. I have had to call many times for my issue and Dr. Mardiney III or she have ALWAYS promptly responded to my calls."
"The Glen Burnie location customer service is terrible. I was a few minutes late for an appt. and the receptionist was very nasty about that. She says I have to see if they will still see you..I said ok. So she says no, you have to reschedule. I still went back for my shot and found that the doctor was still seeing the patient that was scheduled before me. At this point I was 10 min late. If he is still on previous patient, then why can't I get seen. She was like it throws off the entire schedule. If he is still seeing the patient scheduled before me, then his schedule is already running late and seeing me won't affect it at all. They were really rude. I can't tolerate that when I'm spending my money to be seen. The Dr. himself was good, some of his staff is just horrible."

"Another review as i deal with the billing this place is a money hungry company there saying i didnt pay the office visit (250) when i have both a reciept and a charge on my bank account showing that i payed please for the love of god DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE or u will have to pay double on everything"
