"I'm only giving this 2 stars because I have a good therapist, otherwise, this place is terrible. They never answer their phones! The only way that they'll pick up is if you call like 5 times in a row. The doctor (Padder) does not give a damn about his patients! He does not respond to medication reactions or anything of the ssort. You have to call a million times in order to speak with someone about meds."

"I have called this place several times for mental health help and no one ever returns my calls. Disgusting. There’s people out here dying over mental illness. I give up trying to get help from this place."

"give this place zero stars. Day 2 of therapy Cilicia the Nurse Practitioner called authorities to my home without notifying me. Very unsafe, not a safe place, she is very unprofessional and does not know how to counsel kids with depression. She pulled my daughter out of class to do a part 2 of an intense therapy questioning, sent her into a mood swing and then called cps and police to the scene. She is counter productive in her services and made my childs anxiety eve worse. We now have a new provider and they are skilled and much better. Stay away from this place they can destroy your family and try to take away your rights as a guardian. And all of this occurred only after day 2 assessment. As a medical professional i am very disappointed and maybe they can look at my case in firing them and see that organizations who hire people like this is the reason why people dont seek help for mental health. You guys keep those negative stigmas going. Glad were not using there services anymore, my family is back on the right track now. I repeat dont trust them, this is NOT a safe space."

"If I can give zero stars I would. The only good thing is the staff and the therapist Anita are very kind. I saw Dr. Padder and he acted like he didn’t care about what I was going through. He was very mean and didnt care what i had to say.. i asked to meet with a different doctor and i have a new appt. i would not recommend him at all. He is not passionate and did not want to hear anything i had to say.."
