"Came here for a Maryland inspection, failed the inspection. Did all the repairs they requested. Called Friday to schedule the re-inspection informed it wasn’t going to cost me anything to get it redone. Come here and I’m being charged even more money to get it re-inspected again. When I say something they act like I was in the wrong and make their own rules up. Money is already tight for me and they want more to re-inspect it. Stay the hell away from this place. Employees don’t know how to do their job the correct way and lie to you just to get you in the door and then charge you again."

"The men working at this Mr Tire may be a little nice, but I wouldn’t recommend this place if it was the last mechanic on earth. I got quoted 600 for a CV Axle replacement and paid 345 at a shop 10 minutes away. You will guaranteed spend more money and time cause they are way slower than you would at any other local shop. They think cause they are a big name they can price gouge and anyone will pay. No sir, Mr. Tire not me."

"I've been to mr tire a few times but in the past year twice. My last experience prior to this one was great! The manager was wonderful and super helpful. I was quoted $159 for a serpentine belt to be put in and was told the job would only take about 30 minutes. So I waited a few months and went back to get the part replaced. I went in to get the part fixed and it wasn't the same manager as before I told him I was here for a serpentine belt and was told $194 would be due for that service. I also asked that a recall be looked at on my car and was told a dealer would have to do that. Ok no problem I schedule this appointment so I figured based off what the prior mgt told me it was only going to be a 30 minute job. I also asked about my back tire getting looked at due to shaking when i stopped... My car gets done at 2:16pm.... Then I'm told my back breaks are bad and that is causing my shaking again no problem my problem was when they wanted to charge me $800 for breaks & roters and labor. Breaks & roters for my car on the high end is $399 performance leaving around $400 for labor or on the lower end being $189 making it $600ish for labor breaks take on the high end 2 hours to get done in a back yard with basic equipment so there charging $300 per hour/ per rear side for break labor??? I was told it was a life time warranty that next time I would only have to pay for the labor. Ladies your best bet is to learn about your cars and if you can do it yourself. My breaks and roters will only be costing me $210 that's including dot 3."
