"Glen Burnie, Maryland- Crain Hwy I had the worst experience. The packaging was labeled incorrectly- wrong product inside. There werent any more in inventory. I didnt not have the original receipt, but i had the pick up receipt, order - number, and AZ account number. The said he couldnt issue a refund without at receipt. He call another store- explained the issue- the manager confirmed that they had the inventory and was informed that i would be there to exchange the filter. When (10 min) i arrived i saw the filter on the counter - yet the manager said he did know what I was talking about. I pointed to the filter and stated that the clerk from the other store was speaking with "rich" - according to your name tag thats you. I explained the issue again and he asked for my receipt - and stating that i didnt have my receipt, i presented the pick-up receipt bar code, the online order confirmation., and my rewards #. The manager refused to try either stating that it wouldnt be possible to find the order and that he couldnt issue a refund or exchange the filter. After several minutes of going back and forth. I was told to "take the filter back to the man that sold it to you" i refused to leave and stated that i would be contacting corporate to report my experience at both locations ' at that point he snatched my bad from the counter and scanned the pick up receipt. He proceeded to ask me to verify my phone # ( he located the order) - ultimately, he exchanged the filter. I left the store, and opened the box. Same problem - mislabeled packaging. I went back inside to return the filter. The manager "Rich" walked away from the counter when i entered the store. I told the clerk that i wanted a refund, but i'd prefer to speak to Rich - i reminded Rich that he confirmed over the phone that he had checked the boxed and that the correct filter was included. I would not respond, but did issue the refund. I told "Rich" that i still intened to contact corporate."

"I came here with the intentions of swapping out my battery due to it basically being dead . When I went in it was busy but all workers moved fast and efficiently to help everyone out as best as they could . I was told the only battery I could get for my car was almost $200 , I expressed to the guy that wasn’t in my price range and I walked out very discouraged. When I went in moments later Bill S the assistant manager helped me and quoted me a more affordable battery! He was very soft spoken and kind yet knowledgeable during the whole installation process. He answered all my random questions without a second thought and replaced my battery in a time manner ! Thank you soo much Bill S for making my experience here one to remember !"

"The staff was nice. My battery didn’t have enough voltage to get a code reading. What I didn’t like was the sketchy mechanics hovering around insisting on fixing everyone’s car. The staff seemed to know him and were apparently allowing him to do repairs in the parking lot. High pressure kind of guy insisting “I can fix that. Let’s go inside and buy the part….” I escaped his clutches and will not return. I prefer to use a licensed repair shop, thanks."
