Walked out 2.5hrs later after ordering three outfits and your service was undoubtedly first class! My appointment was an hour long and when customers started coming in and the shop was busy I didn't feel rushed or under any pressure. I ordered outfits for my sils wedding 8 years ago when you were working from home and it's lovely to see your business grow whilst still holding the same values and having customer satisfaction at the forefront. “I went in yesterday afternoon and asked for a gait analysis as I have lost my orthotics and have been experiencing pain, the gentleman who dealt with me was absolutely fantastic, listened to everything I needed and chose footwear based on my needs and the analysis, unfortunately they didn't have the correct colour that I could wear for work in stock so he checked stocks across stores for me and let me take a photo of his computer screen so I could source the right pair online which I did actually manage to do last night. I was given several pairs and sizes to try after discussing previous running shoes and what I currently wear. I am disappointed that I didn't get to purchase in store because he was very attentive and knowledgeable , without pushing anything on me or forcing any kind of sale. I will certainly be back!”

“A brilliant, independent, spacious shop - children's, men's and ladies' shoes, boots, sandals etc. Not your average shoe shop - much more. Friendly, patient, personable 'staff'. Array of styles, colours, sizes, etc. Great bargains in the sale. Quality footwear, wide range of practical, everyday, different and exquisite stock. Prices are comparable to all good shoe shops - but definitely worth every penny.”

“The 5 stars are for the shoes and young man who served us, not the whole experience. I took my grandson for his 1st pair of shoes. The member of staff who actually served us was great. He was patient, helpful, and didn't seem to get stressed when baby didn't want to have his feet measured, he couldn't have been any better, just a very nice young man, along with another male member of staff who offered extra help. I had a bit of trouble getting out of the shop. They had a barrier and a lady manning it. For some reason she mustn't have been able to see two adults with a pram waiting to get past her in her peripheral vision, another member of staff shouted her to get her attention, she then moved to the side but didn't move the barrier, when I mentioned I wouldn't be able to get the pram out she moved it a little to give us the smallest space to get out.(I work in retail so I'm always polite to staff as I know how hard it can be when dealing with customers. For some reason she wasn't being helpful at all.) Apart from that, we were very pleased with the service from the 2 young men who served us and the shoes.”

“Too quality experience here. Booked a gait analysis a few hours prior (same day) and turned up to find everything set up and ready and one staff member dedicated to helping me out. The staff couldn't do enough for me - plenty of advice given and questions asked to make sure I was getting the right type of shoe. Eventually came out with a perfect pair of trainers which were price-matched by them from another company but retaining the same warranty from RN. Would highly highly recommend to buy new running trainers at a competitive price but with a tailored and brilliant service.”

The lady who measured her feet and talked us through the various options was so lovely, kind and patient and made our daughter feel very comfortable and at ease. We can't recommend them enough. “They are great at being fast, efficient, and semi affordable. Their biggest drawback is their communication over the phone lots of times they offer services they don’t have or give the blatant wrong information on prices and items they have in their inventory. I don’t know if the employees just don’t understand what was asked over the phone or miscommunication, but I think that’s the issue. I wouldn’t say they straight out lie cus their customer service isn’t like terrible, but who knows. Most honest review possible”

We then decided to get my 20month old measured too & ended up purchasing trainers for her too. Will return for school shoes thanks to the great service.”
