The staff were attentive without being overbearing, the pasta was gorgeous, we would recommend this restaurant, and have already. The prices were also good. “A really lovely place to eat, fabulous food and exceptional staff, I have mobility issues and they went above and beyond to accommodate me. Apparently they're a venue too! My friends and I went on Friday evening 2nd Dec '22 and saw a wonderful act called 'Ain't Misbehaving', a beautiful and extremely talented singer, an amazing time was had by all. I would highly recommend Florence and Amelia's as a lovely place to meet up and eat and also a fantastic, intimate venue in the evening x”

“REAL ALE MECCA!!! NOT YOUR AVERAGE BARGAIN BOOZE! Around 3 years ago I asked if there was any chance of getting a few more real ales in to add to a fairly small, ersatz selection. I went in the other day and there were yet more new arrivals to add to the must be over 100 ales already on offer. Ales from £1 - £43 a bottle to suit all palates. Local ales well represented and international craft breweries too, such as the excellent Nest Brewery from Japan. Full credit to Paul and the team - the selection is second to none and refreshingly priced too. Well worth a visit.”

Great atmosphere, they have an Industrial theme going on with naked ply board and concrete walls, exposed ducts and pipes. Food wise we ordered: Garlic bread Burata Pizza calzone - spicy Pizza specials- white pizza Food service was fast and we got what we ordered We were seated super fast as a walk in with no reservation just before 6pm on a Sunday.”
