It is a great place to get solid advice on what new wines or beer you shoud try next without any pressure. A solid choice for a sunny afternoon drink or a few after work drinks.”

“We enjoyed our short stay here, clean comfortable family room, beds were comfy and we all had a good nights sleep before our departure to Turkey. It is in a very convenient location for Manchester Airport! The breakfast & evening meals I couldn’t fault, food was delicious. I would certainly recommend to stay here and I will be booking again soon. Five massive stars from me!”

“After having a very very cold bus trip for 4h this restaurant was our salvation. From the outside one does not know what to expect, but once the door was opened we really got surprised. The warm and nice atmosphere inside made us enjoy the delicious lunch even more. The Spätzle tasted truly authentic, but at the same time had a touch of originality. We strongly recommend the Spätzle “Guanciale” (sadly not on the photos), which are a beautiful mix of different countries traditional plates. All in all this restaurant is something different and offers a nice variation of very interesting dishes and drinks. We strongly recommend it :)”

“Awesome little shop with great selection of beer and wine. Always receive a warm welcome and the coffee is gorgeous. Slowly building a stock of other items like gifts, most of which are very local which is fab. Love local supporting local. Also the pies and brownies are to die for. “A very nice place to visit for breakfast. I had the ‘full English’ which was excellent - large portions of all the right ingredients. Beans not exactly to my liking, neither the method of serving tea, but for most people they would probably be OK. Excellent service by a happy, cheerful and well organized waitress. The owners are great and made us feel very welcome. The decor inside is stunning and the food is fresh and really tasty. My little kids even got lollies at the end.
