“An amazing martial arts and fitness centre, run superbly well by the Smith family, really friendly. Teaching kids and adults classes with the focus on self defence, fitness and becoming mentally the best person you can be. Best decision we've made as a family was to bring our son along. He was shy, had emotional issues and lacked any confidence. Two and a half years on he's British and European Kickboxing Champion and Qualified for 3 England teams this year. Can't recommend highly enough.”

Mr Gregor McClean is her dentist and has been excellent in providing first class advice and service. Nothing is too much trouble and he really took his time to ensure everything was as good as possible. Mum is very pleased with her new set.
