Recently she had a few issues, and after falling ill again, I explained that I would not put her through any further operations, she was 12 and I couldn't bear for her to suffer. The Vet Sarah was really kind, explained how everything would work, and also discussed alternatives. After discussing all options we unfortunately made the decision to put her to sleep, and although very sad, I was happy how calm everything was, and how nothing was rushed.”

“Been using this vets for a while now and couldn't recommend them more. we recently had an emergency and the staff saw us straight away, getting river straight in for xrays and blood work and explaining everything to me thoroughly. “I honestly can’t recommend these vets enough. My dog is already registered here & I have nothing but an amazing experience every time they have dealt with my dog. I have so much trust & faith in them. Today they helped me with an injured wild rabbit, the receptionists / vet nurses were so lovely, kind and helpful to me and the rabbit. “My partner has undergone 2 operations at the Spire this year, one NHS and one private. The care he received was equally excellent both times. I saw a notice for private GP appointments on one visit. I have been unable to get an answer on the phone, nor access the e consult for weeks at my surgery. We are not allowed to visit the surgery to make an appointment. In desperation I phoned the Spire, made an appointment to see a GP. I have seen Dr Coogan twice, had extensive blood tests, had all my questions answered and given advice to follow up. I could talk to him, felt very much at ease and do not regret one penny. This is what I will do in future, he is fantastic. I am lucky that I can afford to pay for a certain amount of treatment, and I shouldn't have to do this. But I am 78. It is quality of life, and worth every penny.”
