Glyn has an amazing way of making our dog want to learn and listen, skills he is very patiently trying to pass to us. We all love the lessons and come away with new skills to practice each time. After having a puppy during lockdown, with no way of meeting new people in his first year, Glyn has been absolutely brilliant with his over excitement issues. After a nightmare flight back from Frankfurt we arrived tired and annoyed but the guy at the front desk and the manageress in the back room just made our day. Both kind, friendly and chatty 10 out of 10. Even gave us 2 little bottles of wine. Unbelievable but what a random act of kindness. Yes the hotel is old but it's clean, beds still comfy, room has everything you need and staff on hand. Location is walkable into handforth which has pubs, restaurants and take aways. Location feels very safe. 10 minutes easy drive to the airport. Thanks.”

I find the Klinik online system to be one of the best systems a surgery can use for those that have Internet access.
