Help from the start with type of appointment whether it be phone consultation or f2f, never have to wait more than a few days for a face to face appointment and never feel rushed when talking to the doctor. “Firstly the much stereotype criticising secretary's does not apply at the surgery. They have always been kind and considerate when dealing with any issues I may have and very professional. I find the Klinik online system to be one of the best systems a surgery can use for those that have Internet access. If I am needed to be seen then a doctor may in the first instance contact me by phone but if I am needed to be seen then they will do so and on may occasions it has been the same day. Every Doctor I have dealt with has been great an”

“My daughter attended Oakdean for a couple of years and I can not sing the staffs praises high enough, from taking time to settle her to encouraging her to maintain her independence and allowing her free spirit to shine. The happiness she beamed each time leaving the nursery was incredible to witness. Jackie and Kate showed true care and love for her and knowing she was happy and safe whilst I am not there gave me a continued piece of mind. I highly recommend this nursery to my friends and family. “I went to the dental practice today as a referal because of my pregnancy and size and I have to say this was the best dental experience I have ever had. The staff are super friendly. The dentist was explaining everything to me as it was happening. I have a very low pain threshold and I was sufficiently pain relieved. “This was a random stop to try the pizza since I was in the area. Every Italian shall be judged by their Margherita pizza and they passed very well, wood fired pizza done in less than 5 minutes like the waiter claimed. Tasted very fresh and the size was 12" so good value for the money. The crust of the bread or dough was not so airy but didn't taste chewy either. See photos attached.”

“We stayed in this hotel for one night, we got their about 11am wanted to leave our luggage there and go to Trafford centre. The helpful women on reception said she can allocate us a room already which was great. The room was clean, plenty of room for the night, modern, everything you need. We used the facilities at night swimming sauna rooms and hot tub, they was all lovely and clean, felt like it was really worth the money We paid. Surprised it’s only a 3 star could easily pass for a 4 star. Everyone is helpful n friendly. Had food at night and drinks average price for a hotel and nice food. Had football on the tv. No noise during the night. Breakfast was lovely, possibly the best buffet breakfast I’ve had at a hotel, nice and clean. Food was fresh and warm. Lots of selection of food n drinks. Staff shown us around as it was our first time. Never too busy in the breakfast room either. Overall nice stay, would definitely come again. Thankyou”

“Best welcome ever. This is an older premier inn,with actual keys. After a nightmare flight back from Frankfurt we arrived tired and annoyed but the guy at the front desk and the manageress in the back room just made our day. Both kind, friendly and chatty 10 out of 10. Even gave us 2 little bottles of wine. Unbelievable but what a random act of kindness. Yes the hotel is old but it's clean, beds still comfy, room has everything you need and staff on hand. Location is walkable into handforth which has pubs, restaurants and take aways. Location feels very safe. 10 minutes easy drive to the airport. Thanks.”
