“Sadly due to a major infection I lost all my teeth some 25 years ago and since that time I have had 2 sets of dentures both being fitted through a Dentist. I decide for my 3rd set to use the services of the recommended Cheshire Dental Clinic and wow am I pleased with the outcome! Paul Keegan and his team are clearly " top notch" in their field and I would urge anyone who needs new dentures to choose this route.”

“Let's be honest - this is a Pharmacy not a Clinic in any way shape or form. Consultations are thorough, conducted what appeared to also serve as a small stock room, though they are private. The pharmacist was very keen to give advice and very pleasant. My appointment was at short notice and they had the innoculations I required at a reasonable cost. All in all a good visit.”

“My partner has undergone 2 operations at the Spire this year, one NHS and one private. The care he received was equally excellent both times. I saw a notice for private GP appointments on one visit. I have been unable to get an answer on the phone, nor access the e consult for weeks at my surgery. We are not allowed to visit the surgery to make an appointment. In desperation I phoned the Spire, made an appointment to see a GP. I have seen Dr Coogan twice, had extensive blood tests, had all my questions answered and given advice to follow up. I could talk to him, felt very much at ease and do not regret one penny. This is what I will do in future, he is fantastic. I am lucky that I can afford to pay for a certain amount of treatment, and I shouldn't have to do this. But I am 78. It is quality of life, and worth every penny.”

“Put my cat in this cattery for a weekend. He's a shy, nervous cat that has diabetes so put him in for a weekend to see how he'd be before going in for 2 weeks later in the year. The owner took good care of him and he settled down enough for his injections to be done without trouble. One nice thing was when I picked him up the owner gave me a sort of diary of his stay, saying how he'd been, which was good and reassuring. I'm very happy to put my cat back in here again, the facilities are good and the owner is very nice and I can tell that she genuinely loves animals and will care for any cat like it's her own.”

However, Carolyn and Rachel were both amazing - they took the time to listen to my worries and provide genuine reassurance. I really appreciated that and it made me feel much more at ease! When the removal appointment arrived, Albert was absolutely brilliant. He constantly checked on me throughout to make sure I was ok and communicated what to expect and why. I also really appreciated his sense of humour which lightened the mood! Rachel came into the room after my teeth were out to make sure I was alright, since she knew how worried I'd been up to then. If that wasn't enough, she even messaged me the following day to make sure I was feeling ok and recovering well. To me, that is going above and beyond for a patient. I honestly couldn't recommend Superior Smiles more. Such a genuinely caring, attentive and amazingly friendly team! I'm so glad I joined the practice and so excited that I'm on my Invisalign journey with them.”
