I was able to show my account with proof of payment and she took some details to investigate with IT their side. All handled very well. Regardless of that, be sure to get there early as there's a bit of a queue and you don't want to be starting late. You get 90 mins which includes se real wave sessions and use of the slides which are really good. Height for the slide is about 120cm minimum. We will definitely go back”
