We loved the fact there is no menu meaning that each course was a surprise. The food was all home cooked, delicious and extremely good value. They arrived and were the wrong colour (my fault for not checking the label correctly) Karon went out of her way to help me find the matching jacket for the trousers I had ordered from them. I have the utmost trust in her to deliver an amazing colour and cut everytime I go in. The rest of the team are friendly, chatty and genuine. “Leanne is very experienced and professional, she is also incredibly knowledgeable. I have quite significant muscular pain in my back. I go to her for regular massages. I always feel great afterwards and even a physio hasn’t managed to relieve my knots as well as Leanne does. She’s also really friendly and can’t do enough for her clients. “First saw Kay’s facials on Instagram and her reviews were so good I had to give it a go! I had a consultation the first time where we discussed my skin, what I was looking for and what options were available. We decided on a course of 3 bio re peel facials over a 6 week period. After the first one my skin was glowing, people at work commented how fresh my skin looked. During my treatments Kay discussed the best skin care routine and brands to use for my skin which has been invaluable. Whilst you may think you can get cheaper facials on groupon etc, believe me, you’re paying for quality products and a first class service here and if you want results that last, you need to invest (your face is the first thing people see!). Will definitely be going back.”

“I've been coming to Hairsolved in Manchester since October 2020. All of the technicians are brilliant (Dionne, Natalie and Laura I see most often), there's no judgement and you wouldn't think it's different to any other busy hair salon. I must mention stylist Rachel who really took the time yesterday to listen to what I wanted and what would work for me when cutting my hair, and talking me through all the options. It's a three hour trip door to door for me but completely worth the journey.”

“My husband and I were looking for someone to help us with our daughter who was displaying signs of selective mutism along with some other anxiety and behavioural challenges. I got in touch with CAYP and was very quickly matched with Dr Holly Hadfield who has experience and expertise in this field and age range. I was able to have a conversation with Dr Holly before committing to anything and I found that very useful. We had some sessions over Zoom which, for my husband and I, was very helpful as we could both attend (whilst the children were sleeping). During the sessions we felt like we were really able to get our worries/ my daughters challenges across and our concerns were listened to intently. We have received some really good advice which has resulted it a very smooth school transition for our daughter. What my husband and I perhaps found most helpful was a professional telling us that lots of the things we were already doing were great and to carry on with those, along with some new techniques and ideas to try. All in all we are very glad that we got into combat this with CAYP and can’t recommend Dr Holly enough. Thank you.”

“We’ve tried various places for Charlie our springer spaniel. Each time we find an issue either cutting him bald so that he doesn’t look like a springer anymore with no whiskers to some that made him look patchy. Hot Doggy done a fantastic job with him making him look like a prime specimen of a dog. His coat is even. His ears are blended in and de-knotted. He’s so happy and chilled. Thank you. We now have a regular place Charlie is happy with”
