“Fantastic authentic and freshly made Asian/Indian dishes. Very similar to how your mum would cook desi dishes. Whilst it does not boast about great decor, inside is a very simplistic with minimal expense spared on seating, the food and service is great. Simple menu choices and reasonably priced food. “I have both eaten in and ordered takeaway. The quality of food is the best around, its restaurant quality Chinese rather than takeaway quality. You pay for the quality. Portion sizes slightly smaller than takeaway Chinese but double the taste so its not an issue. Staff are always friendly and it's a nice atmosphere. Always great to go and watch a film next door at Vue before or after.”

“So my review is me just me doing a flying visit as we delivered an entrance easel and our baby boxes which we (Bolton Balloon Fairies) provide to hire. Upon entry you get the warmth family feeling, the decor is modern, the staff were very friendly and there was ample space to hold an occasion, there is an easy accessible wheelchair entrance and I would definitely recommend taking a visit whether it be for a drink, family meal or to have an occasion. A very well looked after place and was very clean.”

“We had alovely meal today. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The pub was lovely and clean. We didn't wait long for are food. 2 of us had fish and chips which were very nice. 1 mushroom pie which also very tasty. And chicken new yorker. “Brilliant pub, quiet and peaceful, with a great history! Used to be a music hall back in the 1800's so has been there for a long time. If you want a quiet drink or catch the footie it's a great place to go. Also a great place to have meet ups and functions too! They have a nice little back room that our theatre company rehearses in from time to time and they are always very nice and accomodating! Seriously can't praise this place enough!”

However more options needs to be given for the sides۔ At the moment they have creamy potatoes۔ Also one has to order steak sauce separately which I think should be included in the price of the steak main dish. They have an excellent dessert restaurant upstairs which does a great platter (pistachio rolls and pistachio baqlawa were delicious and we can have a selection from a variety of cakes and ice cream scoop) at £25 for 2 people.”

“Came Saturday 3rd December for our Christmas do. We all had food and drinks. It was very busy so our food was miss ordered but once it came it was out of this world. Most of us had loaded fries. Because of the delay we got a discount. The food prices were really reasonable. Would definitely recommend.”
