“I went into BCS Parts today (Wednesday). My local garage ordered in a part for my Vauxhall Astra yesterday but couldn’t fit it until today, only to realise that an additional part was required to complete the job. I was infuriated as I believed it was BCS Parts that mistakenly didn’t add the extra part that was required. So I left my local garage to travel a few miles to obtain the extra part for my vehicle. As soon as I arrived, a man called Pete attended to me straight away. I explained to him what the issue was, and he explained that my local garage made a mistake of not adding the extra part required to the order. Pete, diffused my frustration within moments and he made me realise that it wasn’t actually their wrongdoing. He also went above and beyond to give me the required part for free. He really didn’t need to that as I was more than happy to pay. These guys at BCS are really genuine and the warehouse looks as if they stick almost everything. Thanks once again BCS, Thanks Pete.”

“Fantastic experience of buying new furniture and getting it delivered by Christmas!! I ordered a large corner sofa, footstool, king sized bed and mattress the end of November and requested it be delivered 200 miles away before Xmas, and it was!! The whole experience from start to finish was first class, the staff I spoke to were second to none, they were helpful and went out of their way to ensure I was completely satisfied and happy with my order before placing it, they sent me photos of stock that I couldn’t find on their web page so I had a wider range to choose from. My delivery was scheduled to be the week before Xmas, three weeks after ordering and I was pleasantly surprised that it arrived before the given delivery date! They answered any phone calls I made professionally and never made me feel I was any trouble, I did worry that there may be a problem being so close to Xmas as I’d ordered multiple items and I’d be left without furniture!!! I shouldn’t of worried, as I said it arrived early, I was delivered by two nice guys who called me the day beforehand to make sure I could take delivery, they assembled my sofa and made sure I was happy before leaving, they removed and replaced my back door to get it in and nothing was too much trouble for them! They left my bed flat packed as requested as I hadn’t finished painting upstairs as it was early! I will be using Furnish 365 again and would recommend them to anyone, the furniture is of good quality and very reasonably priced, I’ve had my sofa almost three months now and the cushions have kept their shape and are just as nice as the day they were delivered even with lots of use.... Great company, great stock and an all round great experience!!! Thank you 365!!”

The whole process from start to finish was extremely professional and completed in less than three weeks. Elite have delivered as per specification and were extremely helpful in the design to accommodate all our wishes. They use their own installation team rather than outsource which is a major advantage for any customer, and they leave a scrupulously clean workspace behind them, almost as if you didnt know that they had been! They are an extremely friendly team with a genuine passion for what they do and I would have no hesitation in using them again myself nor indeed recommending their services to anyone else. “Uff! Let me tell you about premium bundle I got from mystery retro shirts. It was sick! I had no idea what shirts I was gonna get, but let me tell you, they did not disappoint. The delivery guy came with three boxes, and the shirts were all legit vintage. I'm talking about some old school stuff from the 80s and 90s. The first shirt was a classic Manchester United kit from the early 90s, with the sharp black and white stripes. The material was top-notch, it felt like I was wearing a piece of history. The second shirt was a throwback to the Italian Serie A, with a sleek and stylish Fiorentina kit from the 80s. The purple color was poppin' and the intricate design was really cool. I'd never seen a shirt like this before, so it was awesome to add it to my collection. The third and final shirt was a retro USA national team kit from the 90s. It was super bold and patriotic, with the red, white, and blue colour scheme. I loved the oversized collar and the embroidered crest on the chest. Was definitely one of my favourites in the order. Overall, I was really impressed with the Premium bundle from these guys. The quality of the shirts was top-notch, and the selection was spot on. I feel like I got a lot of bang for my buck, and I can't wait to see what they come up with next - yes I subscribed.”
