“Visited here a few weeks ago as my regular barber (Loll) had recently moved to the premises so wanted to give it a shot. Firstly, I know during Covid we're concerned with social distancing and safety for very good reasons. When i walked in the seating were all distanced apart and I was asked to only turn up when my appointment was ready to help ensure you weren't waiting. The gowns provided were disposable and the chair was bring cleaned when I walked in so put me at ease tbh. Loll is a fantastic barber and I've used her for years so if you're looking for a good haircut with a friendly service can't recommend her enough. She also does fantastic colours and it's in an easy to get to location! Can't recommend this place enough. As with most businesses now they're under strain due to Covid and I'm happy to see that they're taking it seriously and using extra time to make sure it's safe. So go support your local barber and get an amazing haircut from Loll!”

“We tried the "Space Evader" room as a family. It was different from other rooms we have tried as you just have to solve as many puzzles as you can in the 1 hour. Plenty of variety in the puzzles and a decent set layout. Staff were friendly and helpful. Price was quite reasonable compared to other places.”

“Me and my friend have now done 8 rooms here and not one has missed the mark! Each one has been super fun while also not being to challenging. Massive shout out to our game host for Vacancy and Captured! Only issue we've had is when we did 'Captured', the TV's audio didn't work and on some occasions it turned off entirely for a couple of seconds. Luckily at this point we had done so many rooms it wasn't too much of a problem, but it could've really ruined the experience for new players (especially with the clues, we had to keep continually checking the TV from the other room)! Despite that all of our experiences have been really positive and we can't wait to try out even more rooms here in the future :)”

“Cheap modern and clean set up which was perfect for an overnight stay after going to a gig @ band on the wall ...literally about 100 yards down the road. Nice breakfast by the looks, but didn't partake. Would definitely use again for.the same reason... smack in the heart of the Northern Quarter of Manchester”

“Sapporo Teppanyaki is a great place to dine. The food is delicious and a wide variety of items is available. From beef to lamb to fish to veggie options. They confirmed that the chicken and lamb is halal. The taste of their items is also very good. Sushi tastes great as well and so does their dessert. Booking is highly recommended if you want a place at one of the live cooking stations.”

“Loved our experience at Gaucho. Some items were not photographed as it was all gobbled up too quickly! Place is lovely and the service excellent. Honestly, customer service is top notch; our waiter was very helpful, welcoming and friendly. We had the fillet and another type of steak recommended by staff. We got a side of truffle mac & cheese, chips, and rocket salad which were all very delicious. The cheesecake dessert was the best we ever tried & the brownie was average to be honest. Theres a lovely selection of drinks that is inclusive of those who do not prefer alcohol as well. It was a fantastic experience & we will definitely be coming again.”

“Great location, right next to arndale and printworks. Really clean, all staff were pleasant. Very secure, have to use fob for building floor and room entry. When we found a tin next to the beds with ear plugs in we thought we may get noise from the stree and bars across but honestly heard nothing at all, we were on second floor. There were a few car parks near by but it is walking distance from Victoria station. Doors are heavy and closers on them make them slam quite loud. Needs more milk for drinks, next time we will take our own. Very warm in apartment but all radiators have individual thermostat controls, it was nice to people watch the people leaving printworks in December seb zero temperature while in a cosy apartment.”

“Very well organised. Nice and clean. Disabled access was good. Bar drink code was adequate and refreshments were available. Excellent idea of being able to order drinks for the interim period so you could just pick them up. Toilets were superbly clean. Such a grand place to visit and experience.”
