“We booked in for my dads birthday after coming a few weeks ago. The manager was so good and he told us we could have the private dining area. The evening was brilliant. Exceptional customer services, real empathy towards my little boy who has autism, understood where i was coming from, accomodated us with upmost respect very pleasant and cheerful to speak with (service with an absolute SMILE!!) and a real aabsolute Starbucks, just what you need thr right kinda staff for the job! (David even came over to us to ask how our drinks were and if there was anything else he could!!) Amazing! Couldn'thave done enough for us made us feel really comfortable and at ease....He deserves an absolute payrise and 5 Stars for his Exceptional customer services! Great comms and fab understanding and listening skills, nice and chatty made our new year ! The ambience was lovely, lots of food choice and staff were willing to deviate a little from the menu to accommodate my requests. Lovely to be able to have a cheeky glass of red with the food too. “The food was really tasty and fresh I would recommend the mozzarella sticks for a starter as they are the nicest I've ever tried, pizza is great and juicy. Also the staff are very friendly and engage in conversation. It was calm and relaxed with no discomfort and I was able to enjoy a great meal with my family not the cheapest of places but you will have a great time. I noticed also that the staff were very helpful when it came to assisting a disabled person that was with another family there.”

These guys have accommodated my request of a non menu meal thrown together in a tray I can carry and eat whilst walking (one time stumbling) home. The foods always been fresh, hot and delicious. Check it out. For the record, it's a tray with chips, battered chicken balls and satay sauce. It's about £7 and well worth it!”
