He was very polite and helpful and made sure I was comfortable in knowing what I was looking for. Amazing customer service, thank you Wes!”

In that 5 years I have never once considered looking elsewhere, the staff are all lovely and approachable, they have made me and my boys feel very welcome every single day, I get a full overview of my boys day and we tackle any challenges together as a team. The key workers for my children have always had an amazing bond with each of them and I’ve felt completely comfortable leaving them knowing they were in great hands. The room leaders always have each room organised and under control and the management team are extremely helpful and efficient. Thank you for taking great care of my boys!”

Given the horrendous pressure on the NHS, I feel lucky to be part of this practice and I have always either had an appointment in persson or spoken to staff over the phone. I hear people complain about GPs and chemists but the issue is never with them, it's the government. End of. I always have this in the back of my mind and remember that when I see any of the doctors, nurses or staff who ALWAYS listen and find ways to help you. Big up Springfield Medical Practice!”
