From initial contact, discussing my design they were patient, communication was excellent and their ideas really helped me bring my design to life. Their pre care and welcoming nature made me feel so relaxed. Their studio is BEAUTIFUL! So clean, fresh, homely and relaxing. Even the bathroom is so stylish and clean! You can tell how much love and effort they have put into their studio! They are thorough with their advice and preparation and explain everything they are doing at each stage to make sure you are comfortable. Their attention to detail with the work they do is phenomenal! They are gentle when tattooing, make sure you are at ease and give you plenty of breaks with coffee and refreshments when needed. After care is the best, I have received! A full breakdown of what I need to do and a sample product of the best skincare to apply. On top of all this my tattoos are beautiful, and I will definitely be going back for more tattoos!”

“Superb service, we were delayed due to an emergency with another doggo but despite this and several distractions (that made our eyes roll) Lauren remained so professional throughout, we were almost in tears with the previous owners and their doggo but everyone at White Cross stayed calm, professional and reassuring. Our pup can get very anxious at the vets but he left wagging his tail and saying hi to all the other pups. Definitely highly recommend!!”

And the work he's done on most of my previous tattoos to fix and improve them are remarkable. And some i thought he wouldn't be able to do anything with, they was that bad. But they've all come out so good. Luckily he's only a 5 minute drive from me. But he's so worth the travel to get to. He's great to chat and have a laugh and banter with. Makes you feel comfortable and makes sure you're 100% happy before and after tattooing you. And you will not be disappointed with his work.”

The food was cooked to perfection and well presented and was delicious, the wine good and the cocktails fabulous, and the service impeccable. Just one small thing, it would be even better with hot plates, that is maybe a personal thing on my part though.
