Fiona scheduled a consultation session, free of charge, to really understand my issues and whether hypnotherapy was the best course of action for my personal circumstances. I proceeded with the sessions on the back of this consultation which I felt were truly personal to my needs and a CD of each session was provided and recommendations made as to how I should follow up this meeting. “A very friendly and efficient booking process.The management team were really helpful and flexible about check-in time. The house was comfortable and well equipped, with clean cosy beds and spotless bathroom. There were some nice touches, including fresh milk and biscuits on arrival and tea, coffee and even Christmas chocolates tucked away in the kitchen. The house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, and there is space for parking. The neighbours were also helpful and friendly. It is in a good location with easy access to Bolton and the motorway network. We had a dog with us and there were a number of good walks and a large park close by which was great. We would have liked to use the back garden more, but weather ruled this out and the terrace was also very wet since lawn slopes down to it and doesn’t drain quickly. Apart from that, the house was a great stay and we would recommend.”

They have had very little interaction with other adults or children so we were incredibly worried how they would settle. They attended for taster sessions and all the staff, not just our children’s teachers have wonderful.
