The Pride of the Peaks
● Open“Dog friendly pub. Stopped in for a coffee and toasted sandwich and we were very pleasantly surprised. Large garden with a couple of covered pods. Not that we needed them as it's a lovely sunny day and the garden is a real sun trap. Food was delicious and plenty of it. Toasted ham and cheese sandwich came with lots of salad and a pot of home made coleslaw. We will definitely return.”

Royal Oak
● Closed“Had a lovely home made meal at the Royal Oak Hotel. Myself and my mum had the fish and chips and it was lovely. All freshly battered in the kitchen. I'm so happy they serve gluten free battered fish because it's so hard to find some where that does a good tasty range of gluten free food. My little boy also loved the chicken nuggets made with proper chicken pieces. The landlord and landlady are so friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend a visit to this pub”

The Aviator
● Closed“New Bar/Restaurant opened in Bramhall/Woodford. We was welcomed upon arriving and was quickly shown to our table. Excellent service upon arrival. The waitress came to the table with the menu's and information us with specials of the day. We ordered drinks (2 Coffees and a Large Coke) the Coffees was made perfect, probably the best I've had in a Pub/Restaurant. We ordered from the set 3 course menu £16.95. We chose... Starter: 1 soup of the day and 2 black pudding fritters. All perfect, hot and perfect size. Mains: 1 Fish Cake and 2 6oz steaks and Chips. Steaks should have been mid rare. Unfortunately we had to send the first 2 steaks back as they was well under cooked in fact you could say they was still mooing. The staff handed it in a professional manner and brought back two perfectly cooked steaks. EXCELLENT SERVICE. Pudding: This was perfect. Two Stickey Chocolate Puddings. Delicious. Overall we had a great experience, I can't fault any point of the Experience. The staff and service was excellent and made the afternoon every enjoyable, THANK YOU. We will definitely be going back in the very near future. A small add on: Toilets are up stairs, perfectly clean. Disabled toilets are on the ground floor.”

O'Neill'S Printworks
● Closed“In Manchester for wedding anniversary and stumbled on this pub as it was near our hotel. Absolutely wonderful to hear live music, total mixture of ages of customers, made to feel very welcome so much so we returned the next night. Very professional staff and bouncers, all public areas very clean and well maintained. Only downfall was they ran out of glasses and some drinks were in plastic tumblers, which at the age of over 50 was not ideal but as I said didn't put us off as we came back the next evening. Very nice customers as well”
