Its often difficult to find a suitable bed for our boy given his size and something that fits in nicely within our home. Our order arrived promptly and was beautifully presented. The fabric and design are of a superior quality and the best bit is, its completely washable. “Took my elderly Lakeland in for a nail clip and she was handled wonderfully. She has slipped disks in her back, doesn't like having them done and has a tendancy to jump off tables. She was handled so well as I was very concerned about her back, the ladies knew exactly what to do with her to keep her safe and get the job done. They were highly professional and so good with her, explaining to me what they were doing as they were doing it and let me watch which all helped me feel more comfortable with letting someone else handle her. Was so happy even booked her in for a groom as my groomers haven't opened. Even gave her a complimentary spritz so she smells wonderful until she gets groomed.”

Staff are always friendly and helpful - I once bought a few packs of kitchen roll and had to make 2 trips to the car - a member of staff looked after my purchases while I went out and came back.”
