“Cracking food and a tasty authentic masala chai served in a lovely hand painted tea pot from India. We were given a very warm welcome and were also treated to a free mango lassi that would otherwise have gone to waste. Oh, and the decor is fantastic too. Highly recommended!”

“Was recommended this place years back when a student living in Manchester and loved their curries. Lived in many other cities due to jobs but relocated to the North West about 15 years ago and was delighted to see my old haunt was still going strong and run by the same family who treated me like a log lost friend when I popped in for a take away. I've now got my OH and the kids to enjoy the delights of this gem of a take away. My personal favourite chicken madras and naan bread but we've not had a poor dish from there. My kids love the korma and tikka masala and we always try another dish as the OH doesn't have a particular favourite, as long as its curry from there he's happy. This place is a real treat for us, living 30 mins away we don't go weekly but it is the best Indian take away we've visited and our food is still piping hot when we get home so its well worth the trek. The owners are a lovely family and always make you feel welcome, their food is amazingly good I cannot rate them highly enough.”

“Back from a three week holiday in France and fancied something fragrant and spicy. The food was just that, fresh, fragrant, spice just right and hot too when delivered. Big portions also which means leftovers which I am happy to freeze as I know it was all cooked fresh this evening. Will definitely order again.”

“Best Chinese I’ve had in a bloody long time!!!!! Salt and pepper chips are beautiful and over not seasoned! Frozen food are good and tasty but their fresh wok made food is beautiful. Got a dry chicken chow mein spicy and it was so goooood. The staff are so friendly and have good customer service. You’ve got to try here!!!!”

“As a vegetarian, I was pleasantly surprised how delicious everything was. Full of flavour and such a great find here in Manchester. I had ordered the egg curry along with the mushroom xacuti and loved both. The portions are also generous so would highly recommend to people who want to try goan food or just want to be reminded of back home. The couple and their family were also extremely sweet and welcoming. Will 100% order again.”

“Walked in and was greeted in a very friendly manor , ordered set meal A for two and was blown away by it , in every set meal there is always something that one or the other isn’t keen on , not this meal , everything cooked to perfection, I cannot ever remember having a meal as good as this from a restaurant never mind a takeaway ( my local patch is Bradford so I know Indian food a bit) it was superb , lovely friendly place with food to die for”

“Tasty, appealing food. Good service and yummy mocktails. We tried a lot of dishes and I can say that this is definitely a higher end Indian, not drowned in sauces, these dishes were well balanced, full of flavour and spiced well. “Been looking for decent Chinese chippy since I moved from Manchester to Oldham omg this chippy is like home love it chips are perfect. Finally proper curry sauce! And prawn fried rice was perfect so generous with the prawns too. Very fresh this is my new chippy will not go elsewhere!! Highly recommend!!”

“This was my second visit, and this time I decided to try the Kinoko Ramen. Even though it only contained veggies, the broth was rich and scrumptious. The shiitake mushrooms and tomatoes were not just cooked in the soup but also marinated and grilled, which add intensity and complexity to the flavor. Overall, I have no regrets about coming back to this restaurant and I am already hyped to go again.”
