“My 190e was booked in earlier in the week by the polite and friendly receptionist and dropped off a few days later for the mot (which thankfully passed) and a service. I also pointed out there was a smell of fuel around the boot and a heatsheild vibration around the exhaust. Both these issues were dealt with and my car is good to go.
