“I was extremely excited to receive my shipment today because I did a load of shopping for myself. I love that all the clothes I ordered are true to size and fit perfectly. The quality of the clothing is also great! I was saddened to open one of the bags only to receive the incorrect pants. I opted to live chat with someone in order to fix this issue. “I have gotten both my daughters and myself pierced at Lovisa Trafford Centre during the summer holidays and honestly can't fault it! I came on 2 separate occasions and the young girl Amina that did one of my daughters also did my nose. At my age I didn't know if I'd pull it off but I am so happy with it and it makes me feel younger! I could tell a lot of care was going in to ensuring the positioning is accurate and even. Overall it seems very sanitary and the staff were extremely kind when one of my girls felt a bit anxious.
