As other reviews have mentioned, there was a lot of noise at night from trains and people out on the town (this isn't something that bothered us personally and is to be expected for the location). “Just come back from Tanzania. Week long safari followed by a week in Zanzibar. From the minute we first met Peter Beswick at the Manchester store and booked our holiday right through to the end of our holiday everything has been perfect. “Such good food, many good vegetarian and meat options, the veggie cold meze is lovely and the meat meze super tasty The mains are perfectly sized, the lamb (adana kebab) is cooked to perfection with the flavours seeping throughout the dish, the grilled chicken (pilic kebab) had the perfect charred flavour. The wait staff is so amazing and friendly, she was happy to explain any dish and suggest dishes as well Would definitely recommend if you want an authentic flavour”

There's somewhere to hang your coat, beautiful furniture and coffee is taken seriously (without being pretentious) so it feels high-end: but remains reasonably priced and the service is friendly without making you feel pestered or that you're out-staying your welcome. It's a perfect place to quietly type out an email, catch up with colleagues or catch your breath between meetings.”

“Went on what felt like a quieter evening. Best O-toro I've ever had. Fatty tuna had been aging for 10 days so I managed to eat it at a very good time. Staff are extremely good, taking the time to fold my Serviette and filled up my water when I went to the bathroom. All dishes are explained to me in an exorbitant amount of detail - The staff are very kind, professional and very well trained showing alot of knowledge about the food on offer. The staff came over to talk to me about the food and the drinks displaying knowledge and appreciation for the menu (which is just a little bit nicer than "scrans well good init"). The chefs were making sure the sushi went to service as soon possible to preserve the taste. The open kitchen is a pleasure to watch at work and is very entertaining which helps build the atmosphere. This place is not cheap - you're getting high quality food and service and the price reflects this. MUSU also seem to be hosting a private event for influencers when I went who were a bit... lively. I'm not sure if their appearance is a regular occurrence. If it is, it does take away from the atmosphere a bit. If not, then no bother. Good experience on the whole. I'm still thinking about that tuna the next day.”

“I had to give five stars as there was no higher rating for the superior service by BLS Spain Manchester staff.They are so friendly and keep all the visitors at ease.Specially the most efficient lady at reception who is a fantastic asset to the office. I reached at 8:45 am and watched her work tirelessly till I was finished with my procedure. She handled the entire front desk like a pro and with a friendly atmosphere for all of us.Full points to her for her hard work with so much fun. I heard her answering all doubts without a grin. It is nice to see such faces and it is not always we get lucky by getting so much value for our time and money. My feedback for her is beyond 5 star rating. Entire staff at the Manchester office is friendly and very helpful.”

“Applying for a French tourist short stay visa, the whole booking process has been long windowed but it was doable with a bit of patience. We are due to travel on second week of November 2022, the visa documents were dropped off today 25/10/2022. It's highly unlikely that I will have my passport/visa back in time for the trip but miracles are all possible. All staff I encountered were professional I have no negative remarks to make about any of them. I arrived at 9:05am and I was all done at 9:45am. Compliments to the French-African security person a very professional and yet pleasant and funny. PS. I was unaware that spouses of UK citizens have now to pay the visa fee, although the French embassy doesn't seem to have updated their systems to reflect the change. TLS agent advised that the embassy got it the wrong in the application form which was clearly indicating that I would pay £0 and that since Brexit all spouses have to pay.”

“I wouldn't want any other car insurance other then ensure, they have a great and polite Team there. I had a misunderstanding with one of my payments down to the bank giving me the wrong information and esure quickly dealt with the issue. Thanks esure”

“Sad this excellent cafe is closing for a month due to lockdown . We visit it at least twice a week or more. The staff are warm and friendly. The cafe is spotless. Roll on 3rd December.”
