“Very nice staff. Beds new and comfortable. We were near the road but it didn’t keep us awake ok some furniture in our room was dated but the beds were great. We had a twin room. We got proper beds not a double and a settee. Very good price we searched for a good price and found this Travelodge. Reception staff extremely helpful and very friendly. We would go back again.”

Dave the driver who picked us up during the early hours for our trip to the airport was very professional and considerate to our needs. So very helpful and ensuring we had everything to hand before we left. Simon, who picked us for the return journey was equally professional and considerate. On time and welcoming us both. The vehicle had fresh bottled water and hand wipes provided for our use and even sweets for us to enjoy. “Had a lovely Sunday lunch with family. They really looked after my mother in law who is on oxygen due to pulmonary fibrosis. Food was lovely and the staff were really welcoming, friendly and fun. The hotel, as you would expect for a wedding venue, does have really picturesque and well kept gardens, and for me it was an undiscovered gem. We will be back for afternoon tea very soon. “Very impressed with The Crown. Came for an unexpected visit after The Little Manor pub in Thelwall was full and couldn't serve us. The Crown has a very pleasant modern layout inside which you wouldn't expect seeing it from the outside. The food menu was a little bit limited on choice, but that was fine as the food we had was lovely. The staff are all very pleasant and very welcoming even though we had never been here before. And most important and a huge bonus to The Crown they welcome dogs. This will definitely be on my list of regular places to visit.”

“We have only ever used Davron for trips to and from Manchester Airport and at least in this part of their service I can find no fault. Always been on time to pick us up from home and been on time in the place they said they'd be when we returned from holiday. They seem to have moved office as well - Just a couple of doors up the street.”

“I have just received the pink waterproof coat for Biscuit our 18 month old West Highland Terrier. She looks absolutely gorgeous in it and it fits perfectly.
