“What can I say except an absolute EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE. I ordered three throws but on receipt of them two were a slightly different colour due to the batch being different. I wanted a particular batch as I preferred it and spoke to them about it. The customer service team advised they had two of the batch I preferred and they happily sent me those two as well as a package and return label to send the other i didnt want back at no cost to me. Now if that isn't great customer service then I dont know what is. They cared almost as if I was family. I am very happy with the blankets and they look beautiful on the sofa even my husband say they looks amazing and he never tends to care about anything decornin the house. “Would 100% recommend. Really good value for money, premises and bedroom/bathroom/showers all spotless. Bed sheets clean and very obviously freshly dressed. Garden beautiful. Just wished our plans gave us the opportunity to enjoy the premises for longer. Would definitely recommend opting in for the breakfast, fantastic value for money and the owner was very keen to cater for personal or dietary needs. Very welcoming.”

“Nice staff and good beer. Update: Nov 2018. The place has a refit. It looks brilliant. Big bar, loads of seating, great beers and wines. Family enivorment, kids are welcome during the day. Nice vault with dart board, looks brand new. Same friendly staff. Same locals. Massive beer garden, you can bring your dog if it's on a lead. Next to a tram stop, wythenshaw park. Juke box. Very cosey. It's a Robinson's pub. Not food but you never know. Have good local pub things, like karaoke nights, singers, etc. If you have any questions just call, all the staff are happy to help.”

“Excellent quality food and excellent service. This was our third stay at Premier Inn hearld Green Manchester. The beefeater restaurant has an great choice of dishes on the menu,we had the meal deal which includes two courses plus a alcoholic drink plus unlimited breakfast. The quality of food is excellent and staff are excellent hard working and polite. Thank you to all the staff but a special mention to Nicole you have such a lovely friendly personality and always smiling and hard working. Look forward to seeing you again in March.”

“The firm is great! We go straight to the company and get into the parking lot! Yellow lines! On to the office! In the middle of the wagon! Immediately set to unload! There is a mobile ramp for refs! Although not very convenient to call! Upload quickly! If you ask, you can pause! There is a toilet! The soul did not see!”

“Brilliant for stopping over if your at the airport early in the morning as they offer a short shuttle ride to your terminal at no extra charge. Never had breakfast there because of early flights. Rooms are a good size and the bed we stayed in was mega comfy.”
