“I needed to get an unboxed large piece of Lladro from a Manchester auction house to Hampshire. Pack and Send were recommended. I had a phone call with Dave Milsom, their auction specialist, apart from being great fun and friendly, he was extremely helpful and reassuring. The item was collected, packed, dispatched and delivered exactly to schedule. On opening the box I was amazed, the Lladro piece was in a foam mould and bubble wrap. It was so secure and simply the best packaging I have seen. Thanks to Dave and his colleagues for the best service Patrick Roberts”

“First time visit to this place and had a fabulous time. The menu has a really good selection of starters and tapas dishes to choose from. As a party of 4 we all chose 3 dishes each which was plenty, the food was really tasty and cooked well. I've had tapas at other places which haven't been as good as it was here. The service was very good as we didn't have to wait long for the dishes and they all arrived together. None of us had any desserts as was comfortably full after. We had the red house wine which was really good but a little on the expensive at £19.50 a bottle. The food is reasonable priced per dish depending on your choice but all the drinks such as a glass of small brandy is quite expensive considering its in Sale. They had entertainment on, 3 guys playing Spanish music which was very good as all live. I would return as we all enjoyed the food with good service.”

Manor Dental is about 30 minutes' drive from my current address, but I've stayed with them due to the level of service I've consistently received from them. All the staff are quite lovely, but in particular I'd like to give a shoutout to Mollie the hygienist who went above and beyond during my first session with her!”

“Really helpful staff, lots of bargains to be had. New stock delivered every Tuesday and Wednesday from well known retailers and manufacturers. They do provide a delivery drop off service locally. There is a good selection of products to choose from beds, mattresses, sofas, tables to name a few. They take cash payments upfront. They do have social distancing in place with hand sanitizer stations on entry and exit to the premises.”

Lovely big bathroom, excellent shower and loads of space to put all my bits and pieces out. Free parking included. Lovely welcome and top notch host. Excellent vale for money.”

“I went in yesterday afternoon and asked for a gait analysis as I have lost my orthotics and have been experiencing pain, the gentleman who dealt with me was absolutely fantastic, listened to everything I needed and chose footwear based on my needs and the analysis, unfortunately they didn't have the correct colour that I could wear for work in stock so he checked stocks across stores for me and let me take a photo of his computer screen so I could source the right pair online which I did actually manage to do last night. I was given several pairs and sizes to try after discussing previous running shoes and what I currently wear. I am disappointed that I didn't get to purchase in store because he was very attentive and knowledgeable , without pushing anything on me or forcing any kind of sale. I will certainly be back!”

So we managed to track him down and he's been grooming our Scout ever since. We wouldn't trust her with anyone else!
