We tried a lot of dishes and I can say that this is definitely a higher end Indian, not drowned in sauces, these dishes were well balanced, full of flavour and spiced well. “Some of the best Shawarma if eaten, period, and very reasonably priced at that, costing now £3.50 for a chicken shawarma wrap. Best thing for me is the freshly cooked bread with every wrap! - makes it! Thought this place had closed down until recently, but it just moved from the the tiny adjacent shop to next door. Glad to know the Manchester staple is back. Great friendly service also. Highly recommend!”

Our all time favourite is lamb kharahi, lamb on the bone, king prawns in coconut curry :) would highly recommend this place for family with kids. Biryani is also amazing. “Honestly the best sit down curry I've had in a long time, can't fault it everything was fresh and tasty. The staff are very friendly and helpful and a decent selection of drink to choose from. “Most authentic Mexican place I've found so far in the UK with actual corn tortillas and salsa Valentina! No longer called Pancho's so ignore that part on here but still a great place that offers burritos and much more like enchiladas! Only bad thing is that not all the drinks on show are available anymore but really loved finding this place and the staff were super nice and super friendly. Beers are £3-£3.50 and 2-4-1 between 6pm and 9pm so a bargain! Haha”

“Lees Spice Lounge is by far the best Indian restaurant in Oldham. Been there well over 100 times and never had a bad experience. Staff are always friendly and attentive. The food is so good. It’s a pleasure to work your way through the menu trying all the different curries. My current favourite (and the one in the photo) is Naga Jal-Fry - with a keema naan bread. Be sure to phone ahead for a table at weekend, because it’s not surprising that they get very busy.”

“When I travel from Bolton to Hyde, occasionally I will visit Delhi Spice to have their Naga Rice Box. It is just a delight. On thr super hot side, but an amazing dish. Other friends and family members will try a variety and they always have only good things to say about the food. TBH, with the cost of living increase, I am pleasantly surprised by the amount of meat they pack into each meal, especially at those prices, it such a steal.”

“Ordered a home delivery from them a few weeks ago, which arrived on time and still nice and hot and was delicious. Ate in last night and the place was spotlessly clean, nice decor, tables are well spaced etc. The warm welcome from the staff was really nice and the service was very good; attentive, but not pushy, Josh answered any questions we had about the menu, the food was delivered promptly and there was plenty of it. It felt as though the staff took pride in what they did and Josh in particular was brilliant. Will be going again very soon.”

“One of the best Turkish restaurant in the area. Beautiful seating hall. The seating area is very big but it was even on Wednesday afternoon. But we didn't have to wait. The food was absolutely delicious. Portion sizes are big. Other than Hummas everything was so delicious. I won't recommend Hummas from this place. Very friendly and polite staff. And service was fast as well. No dedicated parking”
