“We went here on the second day. They have a very nice and simple menu of great traditional Mediterranean dishes. We tried a wide selection of starters, mains and desserts and they all deliver very high quality whilst being very well priced. The service is very friendly and it is a welcome and addition to the area, you will not be disappointed.”

“We used the Tibetan Catering van for a function catering for 120 people, arrived on time and set up quickly. The food was very good and the service amazing. The comments from the guests were excellent. I would highly recommend there services and have no hesitation to use again.”

“Food is immaculately good. We enjoyed a three course meal at Dishoom. The variety of food is great for Vegetarian and Vegans too. The unlimited tea lasts until 5pm Although, service is slow the food makes up for it. It was unbelievably hot on the day we visited, the air-conditioning was not on.”

We tried a lot of dishes and I can say that this is definitely a higher end Indian, not drowned in sauces, these dishes were well balanced, full of flavour and spiced well. “First time visiting and we weren't disappointed at all. We at half chicken and the hunters chicken from the special menu. Both Freshly prepared and looked stunning. We enjoyed every mouthful. “Great place to eat some nice Indian food. Some of the items are a bit expensive but I think for the flavours and portion size it's acceptable. Also environment is very traditional Indian and friendly staff. If you need like enjoying some nice Indian meals. I would reccomend Indian tiffen room.”

“Vibrant area with plenty of restaurants. Arndale centre towers adjacent to the corn exchange which does not have a dedicated car park. Parking can be a nightmare for first timers. The adjacent shopping malls offer paid parking at a premium so allow some time to navigate the maze of road works, one way streets and the short walk to your destination.”

“A fantastic pub decorated beautifully. There's a lovely conservatory to have your meal too. I had the carvery. There was about 5 different meat choices and huge Yorkshire puddings. Pigs in blankets are available at an extra charge. There's a great selection of vegetables. Lovely roast potatoes, boiled potatoes, mushy peas, cauliflower cheese, broccoli, mixed vegetables. 3 types of gravy. Vegetarian, meaty gravy and gravy with peppercorns. The usual sauces are available, apple, cranberry, mint. Our server was Marc who was just delightful. Me and my friend will definitely be coming back.”

“Stayed for a few nights, service from the staff was outstanding, I have very rarely seen such a feindly and dedicated bunch of people. I had a minor heath issue with my wife while staying and the female on duty in the early hours of the morning was outstanding arrange taxi, making sure my wife was OK and supplying advice. This person went out of her way the next day to check up on my wife to ensure she was OK. The young staff working in the dinning area were so helpful and friendly. All staff went out of there way to help and make our stay enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel as a 5 star accommodation.”

“Just around the corner, this place stood out ever since we moved in the area! Great coffee, good food with a lot of options for brunch, lunch and dinner. Very good offerings for veggies too. “We have stayed at this PI regularly for about 15 years so that we can visit family. Even though team members have changed, it is still staffed by a great team of friendly and helpful staff and the rooms are spotlessly clean. Thank you all! However, over the last couple of years, a very clear and "uncomfortable" demarcation has evolved between this PI and the associated restaurant. The restaurant has extremely rigid rules for eating times etc. and enforces them in a forthright manner... it makes the whole hotel experience unpleasant. We prefer to eat at the great Café in Tesco, a short walk away. The staff are really lovely and the food is good - far less stressful.”

“I would recommend the comedy store any day of the week. Staff were pleasant . Place was clean and tidy and in a prime location near to other events in the heart of Manchester. Its quite a large venue which could seat around 200 people as an estimate. maybe they offer to hire out the venue? i dont know but its worth mentioning. Would be back very soon. House beer was great!! Enjoy it!!!!”

“akasushi_mcr The latest newest sushi spot to open. Just on the outside of China town located in Blue Whale Supermarket Aka Sushi brings fresh quality sushi to MCR. Set in a simple setting, aka sushi dishes really do speak volume. With a small open kitchen and what seems like a huge menu everything is prepared there and then. We ordered: Sushi Set A (16 pieces) consisted of: 3 Salmon Sashimi, 3 Tuna Sashimi, 3 Salmon Nigiri, 3 Tuna Nigiri, 4 Salmon Roll & Seaweed Salad. Salmon Bento Box: Salmon Fillet, rice, chips, salmon sashimi, seaweed salad & baby leaf salad. The box usually comes with chicken too but it's not halal so we were allowed to swap it. Food was served quickly, presented nicely and was really good. Definitely a good sushi spot. Location: Unit 1, St James Tower, 7 Charlotte Street, Manchester, M1 4DZ Monday to Sunday 12-10pm”

“This was a fantastic pub to visit, having a glorious design persisting on the walls, ceiling and counter! The lights and the silver design at the counter are beautiful too, where a marvellous dark layout is utilized. I sat at a comfortable seat next to artwork frames, enjoying a refreshing drink after quick service and the area was clean!”
