Puss In Boots
“A fantastic pub decorated beautifully. There's a lovely conservatory to have your meal too. I had the carvery. There was about 5 different meat choices and huge Yorkshire puddings. Pigs in blankets are available at an extra charge. There's a great selection of vegetables. Lovely roast potatoes, boiled potatoes, mushy peas, cauliflower cheese, broccoli, mixed vegetables. 3 types of gravy. Vegetarian, meaty gravy and gravy with peppercorns. The usual sauces are available, apple, cranberry, mint. Our server was Marc who was just delightful. Me and my friend will definitely be coming back.”

The Tin Hut Coffee Tavern
“Nice little place to pop in for a quick brew and cakes or a hot meal . The hot beef and onion bap was to die for. Highly recommend”
Kings Arms
“Back to the way pubs used to be, there was a real sense of welcome on arrival, and also a lot of looks from the locals as I was a new face. I instantly got talking to the guy on the stool next to me followed by another local who also seemed keen to socialise. Quite a few in the big room watching football, a few people to the sides reading books and the papers. The fact its attached to a restaurant lends itself to staying for that extra drink, and taking a meal home to appease the wife! Really nice bar and environment, it's back to how pubs used to be, makes a really refreshing change.”
The Church House Inn

The Lodge
“My family went here for dinner to celebrate my son's birthday. We had a 3 year old in tow too. The service was excellent and the food arrived in a reasonable time. It was hot and tasty. The sharing platters are devine! The extra care and attention given to our 3 year old was great and she enjoyed the experience as much as we did. Very highly recommended for a family meal out.”
The Coachman Inn
“Enjoyed a two night stay at the coachman. We were met on our arrival by Lyn the new landlady. Both she and her staff were very friendly . Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent cooked breakfast provided on both days. Our room was clean and comfortable. We also tried the new Thai menu one evening which was also very good. Lyn has worked hard to turn around the pub, after it's previous owner had let standards slip. Well done Lyn and your team.”
The Society Rooms - JD Wetherspoon
“Long time since I visited last and my how it's grown. Continues the Weatherspoons tradition of good drinks, good eating, and great value. Had an excellent lunchtime meal with friends, and a subsequent 'lads night' of a few drinks and good company, which we thoroughly enjoyed.”
The Unicorn - JD Wetherspoon
“Nice wetherspoons pub in the middle of Altrincham. We had food and drinks but they messed up the order so only 3 of the 4 meals arrived together. They didn't charge us for the 4th and put it top of the list. It's cheap, simple and tasty fair. It's nicely decorated and was popular when we visited on bank holiday Monday afternoon.”
Franglais
“Tucked in a corner of Grosvenor Indoor Market, this is a gem of a place, with freshly prepared food at very reasonable prices. A must-visit!”
