I went for dinner and had the gyros platter which was incredible! Have not had that quality of meat since I was back in Greece so full stars for this. They also have a quaint but excellently crafted coctail selection. I went for an amaretto sour which was spot on. Definitely check it out when around Handforth or in Wilsmlow as it is quite close. Will try the breakfast next and report back!”

“My husband and I drove for 4 hours to try out Loaf sofas and it was very worthwhile journey. The staff immediately offered us a welcome bottle of chilled water, they let us browse but were attentive when we had questions, they were very generous with their time but with absolutely no hard sell and they were very knowledgeable about the products. We returned home very content with the sofa, armchair and chaise we have chosen and we look forward to seeing them in our new home. “We went last Saturday, with our two grand children, aged 9 +11. We all had an absolutely fantastic day. The handlers were so informative about all the birds, and the history, and present day plight of Vultures in the wild was described in a caring manner. If you do go, whatever you do, don't miss the 3pm flying display, it was awesome. The kids fed the goats, and really enjoyed the meerkat's too.”

“This was my third session here with Stefan P. He did my first ever tattoo which was big and took two sessions. I can’t rate him highly enough, he’s courteous, humble, meticulous in his work, gentle and his talent is phenomenal. I love my skull and roses and didn’t think anything could top it, but the day of the dead girl that he’s just done for me, wow, she’s just stunning and I couldn’t be happier with it. It’s been just over a week since my appointment and it’s healing beautifully, as did my skull and roses because Stefan is such a clean and careful artist. I like this salon in Knutsford, it’s a lovely location and parking in the station is ideal for a long day. Fallon is a very friendly and hospitable manager who makes sure everyone is doing ok and has everything they need. I definitely recommend this place and most of all Stefan P, the best tattoo artist I know and I wouldn’t let anyone else tattoo me now, because he’s the best!”

“Went for the first time last night, 30 min drive away but would definitely go again, quality of the food was spot on, big portions, and good service, 2 adults and 2 kids we had poppadoms mixed starter for two three curries 2 rice 2 chips and one naan plus drinks came to £110 can’t complain, highly recommend :)”

“Lovely little pub in the heart of Poynton. Good seating area out the front and a covered, well-ventilated area at the back. Good range of beers (weihenstephan my personal favourite) and wine. Cheerful staff, helpful and accommodating. Toilets are always clean. Glad to see it survived lockdown!!”

“Visited 25/10/2022, very popular location and lots of parking but fills up fast too. Great staff at the Timber Yard cafe, very helpful and getting requests done with ease for food and drink. Lots of walks to be done, family friendly and buggy friendly. Also steep incline to house from car park so there is a mini bus you can use to get you up to top with ease if you need it. The grounds are very scenic and worth a visit, highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“If this was in the Lake District it would be a star attraction. Fortunately it isn't, so it remains very quiet and relatively unvisited. The approach from Bollington, past the derelict and dangerous Ingersley Mill, is interesting but worth it. Combine it with walks through Rainow, along Kerridge Hill and a visit to White Nancy and you have an excellent outing. But don't tell too many people otherwise it will lose its quiet charm.”
