“Booked a service call for AEG fridge freezer. Engineer came on time as arranged and wore a face mask on entry. Although he wasn't able to repair my fridge freezer, he gave a detailed explanation as to why it was beyond repair and must have spent a good hour at my home. I was therefore happy to pay the very reasonable service charge. He also gave advice on sourcing a replacement. He was not pushy and did not try to "sell" me a replacement. He simply gave advice on what he could and couldnt supply at that present time. It is rare to find a company with this level of professionalism and I would have no hesitation in calling them again or recommending to friends and family.”

“Me and my son visited this lovely place. We dined in, we came for dinner, it was lovely. They have no tracksuit policy we didn't know of as we had come from Mansfied, Nottinghamshire to Manchester for a show at O2 Victoria Warehouse. My son had come in Moncler X Palm Angels tracksuit and was asked not to go in but luckily we stayed at a hotel nearby, only 5mins walk, so he went back and got changed to something else. The food was decent, it's lovely and cosy inside with great interior!”

“My two boys and husband go here. They are fab with children and my 1 year old actually enjoys having his hair cut here whereas, he usually doesn’t like having his hair trimmed. I think the chilled atmosphere, and tv as a distraction, makes it a more pleasant experience for him. If anyone has a baby who isn’t keen on hair cuts definitely try here. They always do a spot on job no matter which barber carries out the cut. We wouldn’t go anywhere else, highly recommend.”

Instore pickup is very helpful for M&S loyal customers. Only dislike about this store is the customer service is very very very slow wasting lot of time but the staff are friendly.”
