Reception staff are so lovely and welcoming and couldn't help but notice the amount of knowledge and experience they have when talking to me and other visitors to the practice. “I took my Citroen there to sort out an issue with the oil level sensor. Many garages had sent me straight to the main dealer for that, but Pugbitz had no problem in doing it and in dealing with my warranty company. They also checked a few other things I was worried about (timing chain, a slow puncture in a wheel and some fuel smell) and gave me peace of mind. They detected an almost seized alternator belt and changed it. All was done by a very good price, with great communication and speed.”
