“I ordered some bulk gravel and was advised last week that my delivery would be yesterday. The team called me early morning to check exactly when I needed it as their delivery had not arrived on time. They kept in contact with me all day trying to get the gravel to me yesterday, it got to gone 5pm and it still hadn't arrived and they promised me delivery today. It has arrived today. Although it was late, it didn't matter to me in the end because the customer service was exceptional and one of the best I have experienced. Big shout out to John and the lads for trying their best to get it to me when I wanted it and calling me many times yesterday. Thank you”

Always a good start when a garage you trust recommends another. Called in and booked my van in for the following day at 10.15am. They jumped on it straight away. “Just passed the place and it was quite so I popped in for a much needed trim. Place was clean and stylish, was warmly greeted by a friendly young lad who did exactly what I wanted. As you will all know trying somewhere new after going to the same place for years is hard but the owner made me feel incredibly welcome, he knew his stuff and was very friendly. One thing that stood out to me was that when other customers came in he explained the rough wait time to them, offering them a drink and continued to take his time on my cut, he didn't speed up or try to rush and made sure I was 100% happy. “ATTENTION: MUSCLE CAR OWNERS!! Radcliffe based muscle car specialist. Mick knows everything there is to know about cars, all the way from the 1930s to the present day. He worked on my pride and joy, a rare corvette engined 6.0 v8 HSV Clubsport R8 muscle car. Most garages are reluctant to work on my car because they have no idea what it is, or feel that because its not a Ford fiesta, I should pay through the nose due to the supposedly complicated nature of my car, when it's not at all. Mick has performed all kinds of work on my car, done a great job each time and its been very reasonably priced. My car certainly won't be going anywhere else but here. Seems we have a Radcliffe based muscle car specialist on tap!”
