“Went to Cheadle Kwikfit after being told by staff at the Stockport branch were fully booked and too busy to fit me in - even though it was before 4pm on a friday and there was only "1" car on the ramp, clearly NOT too busy or fully booked! Anyway, took a 10 minute drive to the Cheadle branch and was extremely impressed at how nice, polite, friendly and efficient the staff there was. A complete difference to Stockport. I went in and was greeted by a happy smiling face on the reception desk. The lady took my keys and my car had 3 brand new much needed tyres put on it and was done so quickly that i was driving home 20 minutes later! “By far one of the best garages to go to, definitely would be revisiting in future for servicing and other stuff. I had an issue qith my car (Audi A3) which was going into limp mode and i was recommended to go see Eddie, after taking my car to the garage he stayed with the car even after closing hours to find the issue and once found told me exactly what part needed to be oredered, helped me order the right part as there are different types and he had me booked in withing 3 days after find the fault, fixed the new part in and now I have no issues and the car runs perfectly fine. “Please ignore all negative reviews because Mr Javed and his team work very hard and always help. The place gets very busy so if you wait for the car to be fixed you could be waiting a while depending on what you need done. People want things done straight away so just bare with them. If you go to the main dealer or another garage you get charge £50 minimum just to look at the car. I have always used Mr Javed and always will. Cheers Lads Marco”
