“Fantastic service all round. if you don't want to wait a minimum 3 months for a new sofa then this is the place to go. The showroom is stocked with a wide variety of sofas for the picking. Once you decide which one to buy they wrap it off the shop floor straight away and sort out a delivery date quickly and delivery is free too. They are competitively priced but bare in mind these are ex-display/returns/slight defects but looked new to me. The delivery was great too. The driver texted me 3hrs before and called 30mins before arrival. Well deserved 5*. Highly recommended and will definitely buy again.”

“My husband and I drove for 4 hours to try out Loaf sofas and it was very worthwhile journey. The staff immediately offered us a welcome bottle of chilled water, they let us browse but were attentive when we had questions, they were very generous with their time but with absolutely no hard sell and they were very knowledgeable about the products. We returned home very content with the sofa, armchair and chaise we have chosen and we look forward to seeing them in our new home. The room was spacious--if a bit dark--and packed full of all kitchen items plus all the coffee, milk and sugar caffeine addicts like me need. The room accents were a lovely touch. I appreciated the 24-h gym. We will be staying here again. The staff at the front desk are exceptional in their customer service. I am awarding the hotel five stars, yet on one night (a Monday, if you can believe it) a party or reception of some kind with a DJ was thumping till 1 a.m. When we met with the reception staff about this--because we had been told that the busy bar right underneath our room would be instantly quiet at 11 p.m. (which it always was)--we were informed that the event was a private one held by the hotel's own manager or owner or someone with an intimate connection to the place, and lowering the volume or at least toning down the thumping bass was out of their control. I would like to inform the party host that your guests do not like to lie awake until 1 a.m. or they will cease to be future guests. In spite of this, all the extras, including the spacious room and the amenities and staff still rate our stay there with five stars.”

“My daughter, son in law and 3 year old grandson took me here tonight for my birthday meal. My son in law is vegan and for the first time in ages managed to have a starter and a main course which didn't involved a burger! My sea bream was delicious. They kindly cooked my grandson's main course whilst the adults were on starters. The waiter was excellent and the food was well cooked and very tasty. My grandson would like to know where all the money has gone as he and Daddy went to the toilet in the safe and he couldn't see any cash!”
