Everyone has an opinion on local takeaways, often varied but I can say factually that we have used Taj Balti for about 7 years and have been consistently happy with the quality, generosity of portions, friendly and helpful service, thoughtful touches. My partner is a fussy eater who will stick to what he likes and he rates their vegetable samber as among the best, also their raita, naan, lamb hoppers and chicken pakoras are particularly good. Plenty of interesting dishes to try from chef's special menu if you are a bit more adventurous than my partner.
